As of May 1, 2007 - CT Salsa Fest met its obligation to sell 350 rooms at a rate of $109.

However, Hilton agreed to add 30 more rooms per night at the same rate ($109, May 22 - 24).

Once the 30 rooms per night are booked, the hotel has the right to sell any additional rooms at a higher rate.
