PERFORMER INFO:
The schedule for the day allows for the maximum number of performances.   In order for the day to
progress smoothly please read the following details:
  • Performers are NOT required to purchase an Evening Event Pass for the Night that they will be
    performing.   ONLY performers who will be attending for ANY other evening are required to
    Purchase an Adult Performers Pass, which includes: All performances, Bands, 2 days of workshops -
    Sat. & Sun Morning, Social dancing for 3 nights - May 25 thru May 27.

  • Director will receive a 1 FREE weekend evening pass  or  2 Directors pass per Studio on teams of 8 or
    more performers.  Directors pass does not include workshops.

  • Performing groups/teams must report to registration desk immediately to sign in - Performers
    Registration will not stay OPEN all evening.

Please note: Registration Will close after Tech-Rehearsals.  Registration takes place at the CT Salsa
Fest Performers Registration Desk.

  • ALL TEAMS MUST provide DJ with your Music/Routine CD at time of TECH REHEARSAL.  (Please
    label CD w/ Team name & date of performance)

  • Please make sure you go to your scheduled tech rehearsal time slot.

  • Dressing for event will take place in your hotel room or in the Rest Rooms located near Registration
    Desk.  Groups/Teams with multiple groups should schedule their order of performance to allow for
    costume change.

  • All performers must be prepared to take the stage once they are assembled in back stage area.  
    Groups must take the stage when announced as performance WILL NOT be delayed for missing
    members or members changing.

  • Back stage area is restricted to PERFORMERS ONLY.  

  • Directors are responsible for having dancers ready to take stage in a timely fashion.

  • Performers must leave back stage area when routine is completed.

There will be NO VIDEO TAPING ALLOWED during
ANY/ALL dance performances!

NuevoTec will be videotaping all performances.

Vidoes will be available for purchase at a
reasonable price for individual team performances
and of all performances!

Nuevotec will be donating 10% of generated
profits to ST. Jude Children's Hospital.
